The Vilar restaurant provides a typical village cuisine. Simple traditional dishes cooked with the very best fresh local produce.
There is a large open grill for cooking meat and this can be accompanied with vegetables from the Vilar allotment, toasted bread, escalivada (grilled peppers), salads.... and an excellent local wine. There is also a wide array of home cooked desserts.
Due to the country air guests usually enjoy a hearty breakfast, toasted bread with tomatoes, and a variety of local sausages/salami. Whilst enjoying the magnificent views of Cardona and the Salina valley which provides us with the magic ingredient of its salt. A panoramic delight which must be savoured slowly, to appreciate all its wonders.
